Ranking All 50 WWE World Heavyweight Champions - From Worst To Best

12. Superstar Billy Graham

WWE Champions
WWE

The man responsible for ending Bruno Sammartino's second and last run with the WWWF Championship (that still, miraculously, topped 1,000 days), Superstar Billy Graham used his elevated status to dominate headlines as one of the first true 'Sports Entertainment' superstars.

As champion, he inspired Hulk Hogan, Triple H, Scott Steiner and others with his insane physique and jive-talking vernacular. A good ten years ahead of his time, Graham was broken down by the time 'The Hulkster' took the spot and became the industry's biggest star.
