The most important match of Brock Lesnar's career came in 2014 at WrestleMania XXX when he became the one, lone blemish on The Undertaker's win-loss record at the event.

Not only did Lesnar accomplish something no one else had ever done to that point, he did it in dominant fashion. The Beast Incarnate overwhelmed his legendary opponent on the stage he made famous. He walked up to the big dog, pushed him around and claimed his yard.

The match itself, though, was a major disappointment.

Lesnar had been a dominant force responsible for at least two legitimate Match of the Year candidates since his return in 2012. Most recently, he had dispatched of CM Punk at SummerSlam in a match that proved The Second City Saint's final great match in the company.

Factor in Undertaker's string of classics at The Showcase of the Immortals and the ingredients were there for an epic encounter between two of the most dominant stars to ever grace a WrestleMania lineup.

Injury struck during the bout, though, as Undertaker suffered a major concussion and was knocked loopy for the majority of the bout. Planned spots and sequences were scrapped and the result was a disjointed cluster carried primarily by Lesnar.

What will go down as one of the most unforgettable matches in the long and illustrious history of the event was, in real time, a massively underwhelming mess.
