An exciting main event at RAW's No Mercy in 2017, Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman had everything to be a great match, especially considering the fact that Strowman was on fire back then.
Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to the expectations. Brock Lesnar retained the Universal Championship after trading finishers with 'The Monster Among Men', and didn't defend the title again until Royal Rumble 2018.
However, he did compete in an interbrand non-title match between No Mercy and Royal Rumble.
