Ranking Every Hell In A Cell Match In WWE History - From Worst To Best

18. The Undertaker Vs. Randy Orton

When the Undertaker and Randy Orton faced off inside the Cell at Armageddon 2005, it marked the end of a lengthy feud that had spanned the majority of the year.

And it proved to be a fitting climax. The two did battle for over half an hour, in a match that featured a lesser-spotted tombstone courtesy of Orton, as well as some cool storytelling with the Legend Killer trying to keep ‘Taker down in the most literal sense of the phrase.

Unfortunately, the memory of this one may be tarnished slightly due to allegations that John Laurinaitis ordered Orton’s father to blade during the match, despite knowing full well that he’d been diagnosed with Hepatitis C as a teenager.

I guess the blood might have helped to tell the story of the feud, but given that Randy and ‘Taker were also busted open, this move really wasn't worth the terrible risk it entailed.
