19. Ric Flair Sh*gs Lacey Evans To The Chagrin Of Daughter

It's dog sh*t, but it's all over RAW so it does count as major.

Beyond everything else, this is bad on a fundamental promotional level because every pro wrestling storyline functions to build intrigue ahead of a pro wrestling match.

WWE has already promoted Charlotte Flair Vs. Lacey Evans three times this year across singles and tags. In fact, Evans has worked Flair exclusively as at time of writing. There'd be little interest even if the matches were great, and they are not. At all. Evans and Flair have a very clumsy almost anti-chemistry not remotely helped by a wonky dynamic.

Evans is clearly the heel. She is using Ric to get ahead. She might legitimately want to sit on his face and bounce, who knows, but given WWE's history, it's extremely likely that she is "nothing but a jezebel". But Charlotte isn't earnestly trying to get her father to see it her way. She's being nasty to him, and her cruelty is what drove him into Lacey's arms in the first place.

So, to recap: it's a feud in which everybody involved is an ar*ehole that seeks to promote a match that can't possibly be good nor interesting because everybody has already seen the atrocious match from January 11.
