LA Knight is one breakout star who needed a change of scenery.
He won't threaten Cody Rhodes as top baby on SmackDown, and he's had his title crack against old champ Roman Reigns anyway. On paper, the only reason to keep Knight around on Fridays is so he can wrestle Logan Paul. All will be forgiven if that happens over the summer.
Even that won't alter the fact that LA Knight didn't go anywhere in the 2024 Draft. He was included for a cheap pop from the live crowd and that was it. Apologies in advance, but we're not quite finished with the 'Wrestler A is staying on Show B' stuff yet.
