9. Big Cass

Overshadowed by Braun Strowman in the entertaining big man role and sucking hard as a menacing heel, poor Big Cass looked like a lost soul on Raw before he was injured last summer. That injury, as painful as it surely was, may end up being a blessing in disguise for Cass.

After interrupting the main event tag match on SmackDown and pasting Daniel Bryan, Cass finally has some heat.

The key thing here is going to be how SmackDown's creative team follow up on that return beating he gave Bryan and maintain his momentum. It's unlikely people will clamour to see Cass vs. Bryan in anything more than a short TV match, so finding a feud Cass can sink his teeth into seems crucial.

Let's just hope, for his sake, that Cass worked on his heel promos at home. He'll need to find the same fire Samoa Joe has to convince anybody he's worth caring about.
