Ranking Every Undertaker Match Type From Worst To Best
8. Body Bag Match
One of the multiple early incarnations of the Casket Match, the rules of the Body Bag match were relatively similar to those of its more famous successor - and yet they were a little more complicated too.
Basically both men had to beat each other senseless until one was able to stuff the other into a body bag and zip it shut. Of course, that meant a lot of unnecessary tugging and pulling - especially if you couldn't get your opponent into it right.
It might have taken off if it was used more regularly, but it was only ever reserved for The Undertaker and The Ultimate Warrior's recurring house show feud - before finally popping up on an MSG special in '91 (which didn't necessarily take place within the company's continuity). That, and the fact that Warrior handed 'Taker his first loss - in a time when 'Taker was billed as being undefeated - prevented it from breaking out in the way that its successors did.
Nonetheless, it was an interesting concept that could have had some legs if WWE had wanted it to.
