8. WrestleMania VI

Returning to a big venue for the first time since WrestleMania III, the 1990 'Show Of Shows' had all the bombast and bluster associated with the late-1980s/early 1990s product before the Hulk Hogan bubble finally burst the following year.

It was, ironically enough, this night that the first signs of a minor decline became apparent. 'The Hulkster' and planned new torch-bearer The Ultimate Warrior had a stature-enhancing title-for-title clash before Hogan decided to rip the opportunity back out of his colleague's fingers.

Praying to the heavens (as if they had beaten him) after his 3.00000001 kickout, he stole the eyeballs of the building as he departed for his Hollywood holiday.
