26. WrestleMania XI

If Vince McMahon was feeling insecure and fell back on Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania IX, he wasn't remotely concerned about the lack of stars at his disposal two years later in the total absence of his Sterling Golden goose, no siree.

The lack of genuine headline sheen was painfully apparent when yet another D-lister darted down to the ring to paper the cracks in McMahon's crumbling company. The matches were a low-end mixed bag, with Shawn Michaels' failed crack at Diesel more fascinating for the various political machinations at play than the action up front.

Worse still, the one major star looked as if she couldn't think of anywhere worse to be. Pamela Anderson had the good fortune of getting to hang from 'Big Daddy Cool's arm at 1995's 'Show Of Shows', and she seemed more at ease filming at sea. For Baywatch and other endeavours.
