Ranking EVERY WWE Champion From Worst To Best

32. Randy Orton

WWE Champions Ranked
WWE

Randy Orton is - as of writing - a 10-time WWE Champion. This is a remarkable achievement in its own right, but can you name 10 great matches from any of those reigns?

Those that have shared the ring with Orton could probably list a hundred, but it's understandable that performers would want to preserve their bump card for the loudest possible reactions rather than worrying too much about fans caring about the matches decades later. As a heel and babyface, 'The Apex Predator' was typically a safe pair of hands and and a star willing to do jobs. There's a lot to be said for that, even if it removes much of the chat from the actual quality of the reigns themselves.

After over two decades doing what he does, Orton's over to the point that he'd never need to drop to the canvas again other than for the RKO anyway, but living through the title reigns - none of which made any measurable difference to the company financially - rarely felt transcendent.
