An interesting idea in theory, the Tag Team Elimination Chamber WWE experimented with on their 2015 Network Special ended up as a muddled, clunky affair.

Despite their position as sly heels at the time, The New Day entered in the most advantageous position, and were further allowed to outsmart their opponents with a numerical advantage over each of the remaining duos in an easy defence of their Tag Team Titles.

With The Ascension and The Lucha Dragons already defeated before the Champions even entered, their task was not particularly challenging, other than trying to bring the crowd back into it after a high spot-gone-bad.

The convoluted stunt was the the low point of the entire match. Kalisto aimed to steal the show with a dive from the centre of the Chamber - something never previously attempted in the match. However, it took 'The King of Flight' so long to ascend the cage that his opponents were made to look foolish waiting around in the middle of the ring to simply be fallen upon. It looked totally contrived, and JBL's candour on commentary referring to it as 'dumb' was unusually welcome.
