2013 was one of the few years in which the Elimination Chamber PPV featured just the one match inside the structure, but thankfully it was a match that had plenty going on.

A well-balanced affair managed to tread the fine line between comedy and cringe, with Daniel Bryan and his dysfunctional tag team partner Kane providing some light-hearted entertainment. Seconds after trying to pin Kane with a roll-up, he was begging for forgiveness and imploring Kane to take a deep breath and hug it out. Unsurprisingly, Kane wouldn't oblige.

Eventually the match would prove to be every bit as serious as it needed to be though. Mark Henry went on an absolute rampage, eliminating both Bryan and Kane before Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, and Jack Swagger combined to halt the big man.

That final three then put in an awesome eight-minute shift which ended rather suddenly and in dramatic fashion at that—Swagger rolling up Orton for the win just moments after Jericho had been sent packing.

All in all, this one ticked all the necessary boxes.
