Ranking Every WWE Elimination Chamber Match In History
8. Chris Jericho Vs. The Undertaker Vs. John Morrison Vs. Rey Mysterio Vs. CM Punk Vs. R-Truth (Elimination Chamber 2010)
Heading into this 2010 Elimination Chamber match, Undertaker was on fire—literally. A pyrotechnic issue meant that he got burnt during his entrance to the ring and yet he still managed to deliver a flawless performance.
Also in rare form for this one was CM Punk. After eliminating R-Truth in a matter of minutes, he was granted something of a reprieve before the third entrant was released from his pod. Rather than resting on his laurels though, he seized a microphone and continued with the 'Straight Edge' ramblings that he’d been dishing out pre-match before Truth had interrupted him.
That provided something of a novel touch, as did the dynamic in the final three, with John Morrison squaring off against Chris Jericho and The Undertaker.
But the most novel twist was yet to come. From out of nowhere, Shawn Michaels emerged through one of the steel grates at ringside, hit ‘Taker with Sweet Chin Music and gifted Jericho the win.
Sometimes interference in a match isn't welcome but when it sets up Michaels vs. Undertaker at WrestleMania, it's difficult to find a reason to complain.
