OK, so Erik and Ivar sound like baddies from The Adventures of Asterix comics, and The Viking Experience makes the pair sound more like a visitor centre than a wrestling tag-team, but there's time yet to put things right. Dodgy, left-field name or not, the ex-War Raiders are eye-catching.

They're a throwback to teams like Demolition, The Powers Of Pain and LOD without possessing the same cumbersome work style as those pairings. On Raw, they can become more than a gimmick too. Brace yourselves, people. You'll be buying those 'I Visited The Viking Experience' t-shirts soon enough.
