Hated in some circles more for why she was pushed than what she accomplished during the run, Carmella's time with the SmackDown Live Women's Title was so reviled that she was forced to embrace being a "Diva" despite its status as WWE's dirtiest word. It's all silly b*llocks if she's involved, but there's a half-decent wrestler behind the bluster that appears to be getting better with every match.
