The Good: Shawn Michaels rolled back the years with a phenomenal performance in the Team Bischoff/Team Austin battle. He was so good that he almost embarrassed the rest of the roster that theoretically should have surpassed him by then. As it turned out, he was only a year into an eight-year run. Vince McMahon bled for his art, if you could call it that...

The Bad: ...because the Buried Alive clash between The Chairman and The Undertaker was a grisly affair centred around the murder of McMahon before Kane came to his rescue to see off the 'American Bad *ss' persona forever. The match wasn't much though, as wasn't 'The Big Red Machine's with Shane earlier in the night.

The Ugly: The Basham Brothers/Los Guerreros Tag Team Title match is a criminal waste of a white hot Eddie Guerrero, whilst Goldberg similarly sucks in yet another too-long main event with Triple H seemingly engineered to exhibit only his flaws. He began to mentally exit the organisation from this point onwards.
