Survivor Series
WWE

The Good: The show was devised as an almight "F*ck You!" to NWA's StarrCade, and is one throughout. The tag elimination alone has nearly more wrestlers in than the entire NWA supercard, and the main event is as good a visual representation of WWE's 'land of the giants' as you're ever likely to see. Meanwhile, the opener is full of the superworkers and the women's match has futuristic moments far beyond anything the men were capable of.

The Bad: "HOGAN MUST POSE" was the constant Vince McMahon directive according to Bruce Prichard, but he wasn't half a whinging pr*ck in this one. Andre The Giant won their Survivor Series match fair and square to build to their historic early-1988 rematch, but 'The Hulkster' still had to run wild at the end.

The Ugly: Though everything The Jumping Bomb Angels did delighted the crowd, the match fell apart in the hands of an aging Fabulous Moolah and some of her listless cronies.
