Ranking Every WWE Survivor Series From Worst To Best
27. 2011
The Good: Madison Square Garden looked different than it had in the past, but at least upheld its reputation for superlative atmosphere. A red hot crowd propelled the CM Punk/Alberto Del Rio WWE Title switch beyond itself, and served as a strong platform for the 'Voice Of The Voiceless' to kick off his 434-day reign.
The Bad: Perhaps complacent due to the expected success of the main event, the entire show seemed like an afterthought. Boring singles matches aren't augmented by a boring Survivor Series match and the Big Show's World Heavyweight Title match with Mark Henry was the boring of their series too.
The Ugly: The Rock and John Cena's "Never Before. Never Again" union was a passable way to give 'The Great One' a dry run before his WrestleMania 28 match against 'The Champ', but the pair acted as if opponents Miz and R-Truth weren't even out there with them. Reduced to less-than jobber level, Awesome Truth's game effort to get themselves over in the build-up was almost entirely for nought when the bell rang.
