Ranking Every WWE Survivor Series Main Event From Worst To Best

1. Diesel Vs Bret Hart (1995)

27 Goldberg Brock Lesnar Survivor Series
WWE

It'd probably be quoting Bret himself to call this 1995 headliner a "beautiful" match, but it truly was a beautiful piece of work and exactly the type of encounter Bret virtually guaranteed anytime WWE pushed him properly on pay-per-view.

After a year of fighting pirates and dentists, 'The Hitman' finally had the WWE Championship back in his crosshairs. Again sharing fabulous chemistry with Diesel following prior scraps at King Of The Ring 1994 and Royal Rumble 1995, Hart expertly made himself the heel as a way to wrongfoot everybody when he won as a wily babyface.

It was all an act of nuanced misdirection too - Diesel's post-match tweener turn was shocking because of the exceptional match he'd just lost, not in spite of it.
