11. Royal Rumble 1993 - Bret Hart Vs. Razor Ramon

The 1993 Royal Rumble is notable for being the only PPV where Razor Ramon received a shot at the WWF Title. It's also notable for being only the second PPV of the Hitman's first run as WWF Champion.

With Hart having truly found his main event swagger by this point, the cocksure, larger Razor was a great heel foil for an Excellence of Execution who had his parents in attendance in Sacramento that night.

Ramon utilised his power and targeted his opponent's ribs, while Bret fought from underneath and did all he could to go after the Bad Guy's back and legs. Simple, effective, psychologically sound wrestling was the order of the day here.

For the finish, Hart surprisingly latched on his patented Sharpshooter as both men lay prone on the mat, forcing Ramon to give up.

While this WWF Championship offering was great, the event's Rumble match itself was famously a total dud that featured only a handful of top names alongside a slew of lower level talent such as Virgil, Max Moon, Skinner, the Berzerker, Terry Taylor, Damien Demento, and Simon Miller's personal favourite, R-R-R-Repo Man.
