After a typically slow start to such a match, John Cena vs. Triple H turned into a proper barnstormer of a bout once it kicked into gear.

Despite fans being extremely pro-Cena a year prior, WrestleMania 22 saw Big Match John receiving a vastly different reaction. Regardless of Triple H being the heel here, the majority of the Allstate Arena crowd were absolutely behind the Game, in turn filling the venue with plentiful "F**k you, Cena!" chants.

The crowd totally ate everything up, with the contest at this point in time being a completely fresh match, and the ante and excitement were only further upped when Triple H kicked out of the FU. But while that in itself was surprising, likely even more surprising was seeing the Cerebral Assassin tapout clean to the STFU to give Cena the victory.
