Ranking Every WWE World Title Reign After Money In The Bank Cash-Ins - From Worst To Best

I'm probably being a little too harsh on Randy Orton and his reign, as it was the first light in a story that would run all the way through to WrestleMania XXX and Daniel Bryan standing on top of the wrestling world as confetti fell all around him. It was a magical end to a story that began with Randy Orton cashing-in the Money in the Bank briefcase on Bryan at SummerSlam in 2013.

If we're talking purely about Orton's reign as champion however, well, it was forgettable to say the least. He held on to the title for 28 days, was portrayed as a puppet for The Authority throughout and lost it to Bryan at Night of Champions in his first defence.

Sure, that match ended in shady circumstances with a fast count and Bryan being stripped of the title the next night, but it wasn't as if Orton was kicking out at 3.1 after the Knee Plus. He was beat.

A reign propped up by Hunter and Stephanie is never a good thing.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
