Ranking EVERY WWE WrestleMania Main Event From Worst To Best

9. Randy Savage Vs Hulk Hogan (WrestleMania 5)

WrestleMania Main Events
WWE.com

The culmination of a sublime one-year storyline between the two, Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage's implosion found both men hitting just about every career peak simultaneously.

Gigantic physiques betrayed the exhausting pace they both worked at, with cynical and bitter heel Savage's vicious precision finding perfect foil in the form of an incomparable 'Hulkster'. Hogan himself is in glorious form - his evocative and believable sell of Randy's emotional and physical betrayal obliterates his campy sub-soap effort on NBC's Main Event weeks prior.

The contest itself drew astronomically well for the organisation too. It was all things to everybody - a masterful plan executed with aplomb.
