Ranking EVERY WWE WrestleMania Main Event From Worst To Best

4. Randy Orton Vs Batista Vs Daniel Bryan (WrestleMania 30)

Daniel Bryan's previously unthinkable return to active competition hasn't - as some felt it might - stripped the pathos from this legendary battle.

There he was, Bruiser Brody in boots and beard only as he stood half a foot lower than his giant oven-fresh WWE Superstar foes. And their insecure gaffer rigging the game. And months of very real and confrontational f*ck-you-that's-why booking from the company to stifle even the potential of such a thing occurring.

The match had everything - a pinch of Attitude Era overbooking but with the workrate heavier heft of an evolving WWE style at the time - and yet it really only needed the last few seconds. Batista tapping out to conced Orton's Title to the 'Yes Man' was a dream sequence unlike anything since Daniel himself confirmed his miraculous 2018 clearing.
