Ranking The Undertaker's 10 Best WWE Returns

1. Judgment Day 2000

Undertaker did a lot of soul-searching during the seven or eight months he took off between late 1999 and mid-2000, and eventually decided that it was high time he dropped the 'Deadman' shtick in favour of something a little more grounded.

So, instead, he became a flag-waving, leather-clad all-American patriot, who rode to the ring on a motorcycle to the sound of Limp Bizkit songs (and, once or twice, Kid Rock songs, but let's just try and forget that ever happened).

A radical change in appearance, granted, but 'Taker was still just as skilled in the art of hell-raising. He returned at Judgement Day, interrupting Triple H's world title defence against The Rock, where he cleared the ring of all of 'The Game's D-Generation X cohorts in what was ultimately a futile attempt to redress WWE's lopsided McMahon-Helmsley power imbalance.
