A show so awful that Vince McMahon allegedly through his headset down and called it "f*cking horrible" after it went off the air, In Your House 4 was the end of the WWE Champion Diesel experiment in all but name alone.

An impossibly drab affair with the British Bulldog did away with both of their longterm main event prospects, and a turgid card didn't do much to promote a solid in-ring base that was keeping the company afloat. Neither Bret Hart nor Shawn Michaels worked the event, and it showed.
