A beautiful and richly-earned homecoming, this was magnificent in itself, but also in the timing.

In a modern development, WWE has opted to stack the post-WrestleMania RAW with surprises to convince the fans that the party isn't over. The return of Brock Lesnar in 2012. Dolph Ziggler's roof-raising 2013 Money In The Bank cash-in. The seminal debut of Lilly the f*ck-toothed doll in 2021.

But at WrestleMania 33, WWE revealed the return of the Hardy Boyz on the Grandest Stage itself, sparking an overwhelming wave of euphoric nostalgia under a sky of extravagant, spectacular fireworks.

The Hardy Boyz, industry survivors and pioneers, stripped the word "Moment" of its superficial bullsh*t.
