Ranking What Was Really The Best Wrestling Entrance Every Year 1990-2021

27. 1995 - Goldust, WWF RAW, October 30

The flux that the WWF found itself in in 1995 was wild: this is a company that was playing literal high school gyms and promoting supposed Hollywood glitterati a few corridors down from Trigonometry.

Goldust's unforgettable entrance underscored, yet again, the WWF's transformative production magic. Helped by the darkness that cloaked the feeble, humble scope of the company's lowest ebb, this new unsettling, compelling character walked with an aloof gait under a sprinkle of glitter as an enterprising company fashioned lights into a walk of fame. This was a tremendous touch.

Vince McMahon operated better with cardboard cutouts than he ever did with a billion dollars.
