Ranking What Was Really The Best Wrestling Entrance Theme Every Year 1990-2021

29. 1993 - The Steiner Brothers

Again, not fashionable, nor timeless, just very, very good at capturing the essence of the performers.

Radiating vibes of the pep rally scene of the cheesy sports movie, this '80s update of a classic fight song was a bit lame, being penned in the '90s, but it was certainly rousing and effective. This was the sound of wholesome collegiate square-jawed athletes winning the big game - Hail to the Victors, indeed - and it developed a punchline quality through its juxtaposition. The peppy quality jarred with the Steiners' wonderful disregard for sportsmanship. The celebratory tone was somewhat undermined by the losers nursing their skulls having taken a demented head drop.

The Steiners were the protagonists and antagonists of the feel-good flick.
