Ranking What Was Really The Best Wrestling Entrance Theme Every Year 1990-2021

26. 1996 - Taz

No performer has ever been captured as accurately as Taz was by the first 10 seconds of 'War Machine' by KISS.

Taz was a miserable, intimidating human being and the nasty, down-tuned dirge of the theme conveyed that a very bad man in a very bad mood was about to suplex the f*ck out of some poor bastard for daring to stand in his path. That shouting in the chorus was perfect in that it added an interactive, wrestling-sized element without the need for Taz to ever look like he was outwardly seeking a reaction.

He was an anti-showman who knew how to put on a show, and War Machine was an inspired choice with which to get over as a miserable killer.
