Ranking Who Was REALLY The Worst Wrestler Every Year 1990-2021

25. 1997 - Crush

There's an argument to be made that Hunter Hearst Helmsley belongs in the spot, and it wouldn't even scan as a gimmick entry.

Helmsley worked profoundly tedious slogs - genuine nothing duds amongst the most boring matches ever held in a WWE ring - against Flash Funk and Sgt. Slaughter. They were longer and more oppressive than the work of Crush, but Crush's work was such total drab crap.

All the man did was walk about, very slowly, and punch people with no expression on his face. When he had to fire people into the ropes, he just stood there, head down, and left it up to his opponent as he saved his energy for the bump. The colourful look and goofy mannerisms of his New Gen years was absent as he played a butt rock biker in '97.

He therefore had nowt going for him other than the Undertaker's friendship.
