6. Scotty Riggs
After Buff Bagwell turned on him to join the nWo, breaking up the American Males tag team, Scotty Riggs was left to pursue a middling singles career. He ended up facing Raven, who hit his patented drop toe-hold into a steel chair, temporarily blinding Riggs. In some sick, twisted way, Raven believed this to be initiation into The Flock, but Riggs (forced to wear an eyepatch) sought revenge.
They met in a rematch at World War III, where Raven hit three consecutive DDTs to beat Riggs and ordered The Flock to carry him out. Riggs then fell under Raven’s spell, blaming society for not accepting his "ocular disability". When The Flock split up, Riggs went to ECW as Scotty Anton and feuded with Rob Van Dam.
Riggs wrestled on the indies until retiring in 2009 due to various injuries.
