Anyone who has ever sat through one will be able to tell you that WWE pre-shows are rarely worth the extra effort. They're skippable at best even on major shows like WrestleMania or Royal Rumble, so it wasn't a surprise to see Raw 25's hype deteriorate in quality as the hour dragged along.

Then, Eric Bischoff took a seat.

Bischoff's presence injected some life into Renee Young, Pete Rosenberg and David Otunga. All three seemed happy to see him and Bisch himself looked happy to discuss his shocking reveal as Raw GM in 2002. In the middle of usual banter about what it meant to him, 'Easy E' told a story about approaching The Undertaker when he joined WWE.

Looking to use 'Taker as a means to find out where he stood in the locker room, Bischoff introduced himself and said the legend was courteous to him in return. This was the pre-show's highlight by a long way.
