Real Reason WWE Took Bray Wyatt & Matt Hardy Off TV In 2018

Ever wonder what happened to the Deleters of Worlds?

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt formed a fun WWE tandem as the Deleters of Worlds in 2018, wresting the Raw Tag Team Championships from The Bar at the Greatest Royal Rumble before dropping them to The B-Team just under three months later.

While neither was permitted to show their best work, Wyatt and Hardy enjoyed what could be considered miniaturised career revivals as a tag team and worked well together, though they disappeared from television soon after dropping the Raw straps at Extreme Rules 2018.

Why was this? Because they were pitching too many ideas, apparently.

Hardy said the following when speaking to Busted Open Radio recently (h/t Fightful):-

"I think the reason Bray and I were pulled off TV at that time was they were tired of us suggesting ideas and how to use the Hardy compound and we shouldn't be wrestling all the time. I think that whole scenario could have been so much more if we were able to get people to listen to our ideas."

Hardy mentioned his family taking Wyatt in after Bray's house had burned down, the former cult leader doing chores at Senor Benjamin's behest, and Matt's son, King Maxel, "bossing him around."
