With the Dark Order imploding right now on AEW programming, one person notable by their absence recently is Alex Reynolds.

In an update on why the Recruitment Specialist has been absent from AEW action lately, Mike Johnson over at PWInsider reports that Reynolds has been away from AEW TV on scheduled leave after he and his wife welcomed their first son into the world.

When it comes to in-ring action, Reynolds last competed on the 13 August edition of AEW Dark, teaming with John Silver and Preston Vance to beat Andrew Palace, Bill Collier and RSP. As the cracks form in the Dark Order, Alex has been one of the key players butting heads with Evil Uno and his methods.

Despite his time off, Reynolds has still clearly been keeping an eye on the ongoing dissention amongst the Dark Order, taking to Twitter yesterday to throw some shade in the direction of a certain Uno.

From all of us here at WhatCulture Wrestling, congratulations and best wishes to Alex Reynolds and his family on their new arrival.
