Ric Flair takes the first Diva with his eighth pick, and selects the most popular diva on the roster in former Women's Champion Trish Stratus. Trish just came off an unsuccessful attempt to win back the Women's Championship in front of her hometown fans at WrestleMania X8, but she is the de-facto number one contender for Jazz's title.

Flair's pick will immediately pay off, as Trish would defeat Jazz the following month to win back the title, and would regain it many more times on her way to a Hall of Fame career. A real highlight for Trish was her run as a heel from WrestleMania XX in 2004 until late 2005.
