The WWE Raw creative team isn't coping well with the recent change in Executive Director.

This is according to Gary Cassidy of Sportskeeda, whose sources inform him that "Raw has really fallen apart without Heyman doing the creative."

It is stated that Raw's two creative leads have issues getting the show's script finished on time owing to problems with receiving input from the roster. This likely doesn't refer to Executive Director Bruce Prichard, however, as his role is thought to be more of an administrative one than a creative one.

Raw's creative issues led to the delay in WWE announcing last night's card, with the promotion not confirming any matches until an hour and a half before the episode began. Per Cassidy, Vince McMahon was unable to even look at the pitched script prior to boarding his flight to Orlando, Florida, which may have been a result of the aforementioned delays in putting the material together.

Heyman served as Raw Executive Director from June 2019 until he was removed from the position in June 2020, with Prichard (already SmackDown's ED) taking the spot. Paul E. was retained as a televised performer, however, and has since moved to SmackDown to align with Roman Reigns.
