While there were eight matches announced for AEW Dynasty's main card and pre-show following this week's Dynamite, we now have a 12-match line-up as bell time edges closer.

In the expected main event, it's AEW World Champion MJF defending his Triple B against Kenny Omega, with the Best Bout Machine having earned that spot after defeating Swerve Strickland. And for Kenny, he's sure to be given a hero's welcome in his home country of Canada at Dynasty.

Where the top of the female ranks is concerned, Thekla puts her AEW Women's Championship up against former champ Jamie Hayter, as the Brawling Bird looks to get back atop a women's division she last ruled over back in 2023. As for Thekla, the Toxic Spider is looking for a fourth successful defence of that title in what is the only announced women's match for the Dynasty main card right now.

One of the bigger talking points heading into AEW Dynasty, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage - Canadian heroes like Kenny Omega - find themselves finally locking horns with FTR for the AEW Tag Team Titles. Should Cope and Cage manage to get the better of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler here, that will be the first piece of tag team gold for the duo in 25 years, dating back to their seventh reign as the WWE Tag Team Champions that came to an end in April 2001.

Then there's the small matter of the AEW TNT Championship, which was vacated this week due to Kyle Fletcher suffering an injury that will unfortunately keep the Protostar on the sidelines for several months. So, that title will be up for grabs in a Casino Gauntlet, with Tomasso Ciampa and Rush the only advertised names for that match at this time.

Rounding out the main Dynasty card, Jon Moxley looks to defend his AEW Continental Championship against the recently returned Will Ospreay; Darby Allin faces Andrade El Idolo, where, if Darby gets the win, he'll receive a guaranteed AEW World Title shot; the Young Bucks battle the Don Callis Family's Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita; the returning Chris Jericho has his first match in an entire year when he takes on Ricochet; and new AEW Trios Champions the Dogs - who beat JetSpeed and Mistico for those titles on last night's Collision - put their gold up against Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and a to-be-confirmed partner. Elsewhere, the Zero Hour pre-show has Alex Windsor going one-on-one with Moxley's Death Riders cohort, Marina Shafir, AEW National Champion Jack Perry defends against Mark Davis, and Hyan and Maya World get a crack at Divine Dominion and the AEW Women's Tag Team Titles.

Given how the past two AEW PPVs, Revolution and Worlds End, both had 13 matches dotted across their main card and pre-show, it could be that another match gets added by the time Dynasty rolls around. However, as of now, those 12 contests make up the Dynasty line-up.

And remember, you can now get over 70% off NordVPN, a £50/$50 Amazon gift card, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
