RETRIBUTION Member FIRED After Mask Falls Off On WWE Raw?

Mustafa Ali wasn't happy with RETRIBUTION's latest flub on WWE Raw...

Have you ever had a bad day at the office? Perhaps you missed your morning alarm, stepped on dog dirt while exiting the subway, got in late, and accidentally spilt coffee all over your pristine white shirt. Then, you realise you forgot your packed lunch and have to spend 40 minutes enduring that dullard, Steven from finance, during your break.

Take all those stresses and amplify them tenfold. Now, you are in Reckoning’s shoes during last night’s WWE Raw.

The former Mia Yim had a howler. First, her RETRIBUTION mask fell off her face seconds into a match with Dana Brooke (though it isn’t clear if this was totally unintentional, as Brooke appeared to swipe it away). Dana then beat Reckoning in under three minutes, doing so via roll-up. Finally, putting a cherry on top of the situation was Mustafa Ali, who yelled at Reckoning for the embarrassment she had brought to his stable.

“There is no failure in RETRIBUTION!”, he screamed. Not sure about that one, pal. Maybe check your own track record?

Either way, the implication was that Reckoning is on her way out of RETRIBUTION. This is yet to be confirmed by WWE, Ali, or Reckoning herself, and Slapjack’s win over Ricochet earlier in the night suggests the stable isn’t entirely done.

While we’ll have to see what comes of this, at least Yim’s mask failure was pretty funny. Not quite Kane’s Wig Falling Off In Saudi Arabia funny, but funny nonetheless.
