Roman Reigns OFF WrestleMania 36 - Major Changes, Replacement Named?

Huge card changes blight WWE's 'Show of Shows.'

Roman Reigns is out of WrestleMania 36.

Pro Wrestling Satin's Ryan Satin, a WWE Backstage correspondent, broke the news on Thursday evening, stating that Reigns had pulled out of his scheduled match with Universal Champion Goldberg because of health concerns relating to the ongoing global situation. Roman is immunocompromised follow his battles with leukaemia.

The report states that Goldberg will still be on the show and could face a different opponent instead, with the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer claiming that he has heard Braun Strowman will be the one to step up. WWE will likely air an angle on tonight's SmackDown to cover this.

This won't be the only WrestleMania 36 match subjected to a big change. Meltzer is also reporting that "multiple people" who were booked for the show have pulled out after claiming they were sick, while others were removed from the card after registering a temperature of over 100.4 degrees. Those names are being kept confidential at the time of writing.

As was previously reported, WWE has given wrestlers the freedom to pull out of bookings without repercussions due to what's currently going on around the world.

Whatever happens next, at least know what WrestleMania 36 is finally in the can, with WWE finalising their tapings last night.
