Passing down greatness...

Roman Reigns discussed working with The Rock and learning from family during an appearance on 'The Load Management' podcast.

Amazingly, Reigns learned his biggest lessons from 'The Great One' when watching his conduct on the set of Hobbs & Shaw, not backstage in WWE. Roman said that he was in awe when Rocky would always find the time to shake hands with every single crew member.

Big Dwayne was also able to juggle multiple off-set projects (like the launch of his new tequila) at the same time, but he never let that get in the way of manners. Reigns was fascinated by how Rock "treated everybody like he was on the comedown".

That's something Reigns tries to emulate today.

He listened to his family member talk about always striving to give back and help people out where possible, especially if you happen to be in an advantageous position personally. That struck a chord with Roman - he grew to admire Rocky even more after seeing how he was around non-wrestling people.

Reigns described Johnson as totally "genuine", and noted how "smart" he was with "the structure of his day".
