Having returned to WWE action at last month’s Royal Rumble PPV and then addressed the SmackDown roster on last Friday’s blue brand outing, Seth Rollins has now teased that he may well be getting new entrance music in the near future.

While that SmackDown appearance saw Rollins continuing on with his Messiah persona, complete with attire to match, what was a little surprising is that the four-time World Champion came out to his Burn It Down theme.

Speaking on WWE’s The Bump, Rollins mentioned how this musical choice doesn’t quite mesh with his Messiah gimmick, and he then went on to tease that a change could well be in order sooner rather than later.

“We might have a third music on the incoming, not to give away any spoilers. But yeah, we used the ‘Burn It Down’ on that night and we’ll see where we go from here. I don’t know what the future holds, but it was good for one night to have the hot flames behind me.”

Many had speculated whether the former Shield brother’s return would see him take up a babyface role – after all, who would want to boo a new first-time father? – and so it made sense to reintroduce Rollins with his famed Burn It Down song blaring out.

Of course, a positive start to Seth’s return promo was soon flipped on its head as the Architect doubled-down to reiterate that he is still very much a heel – with a possible rivalry with Cesaro seemingly on the cards for Rollins.
