Vince McMahon was another person that Shawn had plenty of good things to say about. When he was asked about his time wrestling Vince at Wrestlemania, again Shawn had plenty of good things to say. He mentioned specifically a point when he and Vince were planning the match out, and Shawn was talking through as spot when he would come running at Vince with a ladder and hit him in the face. Shawn advised him to to put his hands up to block it, but Vince was adamant that he wouldn't. Shawn badgered him though, until Vince final said 'OK, I'll put my hands up'. Of course when it came to the match, Vince didn't put his hands up, and got busted wide open. As stubborn as Vince can be, Shawn said it's difficult to not like a guy like that. The subject of the 'God' as Shawn's tag team partner was brought up. While Shawn admitted it wasn't his best work or the greatest of ideas, sometimes you just have to roll with it. In terms of his faith, Shawn doesn't reckon at Judgement Day that he'll be pulled aside because of a wrestling storyline from 2006, rather than what he did with the gifts he was given, and how he lived his life.
