The controversial subject of Montreal, his relationship with Bret Hart, the 1990s and Shawn's general behaviour across his career was also asked about one more than one occasion. Shawn has always admitted that his attitude, particular in the 1990s, wasn't always the best. He spoke about being deliberately difficult and not always the most professional of professional wrestlers. He was also asked about which particular situations, personailites and relationships he would have handled differently. He said that sure, given the opportunity, then certainly there would be things he would go back and change and that it would be a great luxury. He failed to mention any specific examples, but he stated doesn't like to dwell on the past, and over-analyse what he did in it, because there's nothing he can do about it now. He compared life to a house of cards, and how if you pull just one card out, the whole thing comes crashing down. Shawn continued to speak about his past, and how it's part of who he is today. He said he's still living with the consequences of what he did to this day, which includes being asked about it. He told us only he has to deal with the reality of living his life, and that means wrestling with the times he'd have acted differently.
