Spectre: 10 Reasons You Should Be Excited For Batista In Bond 24

10. Batista Could Be Cooler Than Oddjob As A Wrestler In A Bond Movie

Dave Batista will not be the first professional wrestler to be cast in the role of being a James Bond villain. That honour was already claimed by Hawaii's Toshiyuki "Harold" Sakata, who famously portrayed "Oddjob," the bowler hat wearing assassin in 1964's Goldfinger. Sakata wrestled as Tosh Togo in the 1950s and early 1960s, prior to his film career. Togo's greatest claim to fame may have actually led to his being cast in the role, as he famously teamed with west coast territorial wrestler "Wild" Red Berry in the NWA Hollywood wrestling promotion. With a gimmick similar to the likes of Mr. Fuji and Toru Tanaka, Sakata was a groundbreaking grappler.
