"I really miss Booker T", says WWE Raw's Stephanie Vaquer.

Stephanie Vaquer says she "loves" Booker T and misses the announcer's reactions to her signature Devil's Kiss move.

Vaquer was stationed on WWE NXT between September 2024 and May 2025, when she was moved to Raw after losing the NXT Women's Championship to Jacy Jayne. This meant that Booker and partner Vic Joseph were no longer calling her matches.

During the former CMLL star's developmental tenure, her Devil's Kiss was routinely accompanied by Booker's, ahem, enthusiastic commentary. The move sees Stephanie place an opponent's head between her knees and thighs before pushing up with her arms for elevation and repeatedly driving the other wrestler's face into the mat.

"I really miss Booker T," said Vaquer on WWE's latest Raw Recap. "I love Booker T, and I love him because he just did that 'ah, ah, ah!' and people really felt that. In NXT, the crowd always remembered it. Here on the main roster, people remember it too. I love it."

Now, with Michael Cole as Raw's lead commentator, the broadcast reaction to the Devil's Kiss is a lot more muted. But the move remains over regardless.

"I loved when people started saying '1, 2, 3' when I do the move, because I count down," Vaquer continued. "I love when Booker T did 'ah, ah, ah!' since it's a different expression. People love that, so I like it too."

A wrestler since 2009, the Chilean Vaquer started to rise in global prominence after signing with Mexico's leading promotion, CMLL, in 2019. WWE signed her on 10 July 2024, less than two weeks after starring opposite Mercedes Moné at AEW Forbidden Door 2024.
