Lesnar himself will be elevated in terms of his own heat, getting more over as a heel. It will also have introduced Undertaker back into the storylines and set the scene for the future. That future would be the long awaited Sting vs Undertaker match. The Lesnar feud will have increased Sting's draw perception, it will have established the association between Sting and Taker as icons. The night after Survivor Series, Sting would thank Undertaker for teaming, but remark that they were destined to clash themselves. Undertaker would then lay out that as WCW and WWF icons, they've been on a two decade collision course. Both would then acknowledge that they need to meet at WrestleMania, to finally settle the war. As for Lesnar, he could blame Cesaro for the Survivor Series loss, leading to Lesnar vs Cesaro at the Royal Rumble. The long term plan for Lesnar is then losing the WWE title to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 31.
