Ever since the reports of Sting coming to WWE first surfaced at the start of the year, we have had a barrage of information which has ultimately proved fruitless. At one point the insider outlets had him as a certainty for the Network launch Raw. It never happened. We had other wrestling journalists confirming he had officially signed, only for later reports to state he wasn't yet in but was all but in. There's been widespread confusion over the exact details it seems. The uncertainty could be stemming from WWE's end. Perhaps he was meant to be in on the Network Raw only for plans to be switched for after Mania, it would certainly be in fitting with WWE's unassured topsy turvy booking over the last few months. At the end of the day, Sting is a private guy and WWE have their own measures for keeping things quiet. The uncertainty over reports probably stems from nobody apart from WWE and Sting knowing anything other than that he's coming in at some point.
