Having recently undergone neck surgery, and with recent pictures showing him to be in great physical condition, WWE's Kevin Owens has taken to social media to tell his fans to "stop panicking."

KO served as the guest Grand Marshal for NASCAR's Coke Zero 400 race at Daytona Beach over the weekend, and the press conference for this event saw the former WWE Universal Champion address his neck surgery. When asked about that surgery by Scotte Sprinkle, Owens noted how it was "very stressful" due to not knowing how severe the fusion was going to be, but, thankfully, the surgery was the "best-case scenario", was successful, and it's now all about waiting to see how the bones fuse. The Canadian reiterated that his goal is to return to the ring, and "fingers crossed, I get to come back to wrestling in the next year", but also added that "there's no guarantee it's going to work".

Once footage and pictures surfaced on social media of Kevin Owens' Daytona appearance, several fans made comments about how great a shape the Prizefighter looked to be in. In response to that, Kevin told those fans, "Guys, stop panicking! I'm still fat! Everybody needs to calm down."

Kevin Owens was last in action back in March at Elimination Chamber, where he defeated long-time best friend-turned-long-time bitter enemy Sami Zayn in a brutal Unsanctioned battle. Shortly after that, Owens announced that he was dealing with neck issues that would force him out of his scheduled WrestleMania 41 match against Randy Orton, with Kevin eventually undergoing successful neck surgery in July. While recovery time varies from case to case, the general expectation is that the recovery from such a procedure can take up to a year.
